7. Supplies and Equipment
7.1 We provide our own cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed.

7.3 Client-provided equipment must be safe and in working condition.
8. Liability and Limitations
8.1 We carry liability insurance to cover accidental damages directly caused by our team.
8.2 We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not secured properly.
8.3 Maximum liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
9. Health and Safety
9.1 We do not clean hazardous materials, biohazards, or areas requiring specialized safety equipment.
9.2 Our staff reserves the right to refuse unsafe working conditions.
9.3 Pets must be secured during service appointments.
10. Confidentiality and Privacy
